Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time (UPDATED)

All orders are processed within:

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch preparation.
Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.


2. Estimated Delivery Times (UPDATED & CLEAR)

Delivery times depend on destination and logistics partners.

🚚 Standard Delivery Timeframes:

  • USA, UK, Europe, Canada & Australia:
    5–9 business days

  • Worldwide (other countries):
    7–15 business days

📌 Please note:
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.


3. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

Tracking Delay Rule (UPDATED):

If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.


4. Multiple Packages (If Applicable)

If your order includes multiple items:

  • Products may ship separately from different warehouses

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number

This helps ensure faster delivery.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import charges

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

An order may be considered delayed if:

  • It exceeds the delivery timeframes listed above

  • Tracking shows no update for 5 business days

In such cases, we will:

  • Contact our shipping partners

  • Offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment (depending on the situation)

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is not received, a claim must be filed with the local carrier.


7. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Zaycomart is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

  • Packages returned to sender

Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address issues.


8. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (when promotion is active)

  • Some promotions may include free shipping on selected items
