Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused
Unwashed and unworn
In original condition and packaging (if applicable)
⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and lingerie cannot be returned once tried, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Reason for return
Clear photos or videos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
3. Items Fulfilled by International Partners
Some products are fulfilled by trusted international suppliers.
In such cases:
International returns are usually not required due to high shipping costs
We will open a supplier review on your behalf
Depending on the case, you may receive:
A full refund
A partial refund
A replacement item
No need to return the item (in many cases)
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Except when:
Wrong item was sent
Item arrived damaged
Product is defective
If a physical return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return or claim is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 40 days
Payment will be returned via PayPal or the card used at checkout
Please note: bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not started.
After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Worn or washed items
Intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons
Items marked as final sale
We cannot issue refunds for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
8. Delayed, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is:
Delayed beyond the expected delivery time
Lost in transit
Incorrect or damaged
Please contact us. We will review the case and offer:
A refund or
A replacement
